Conventional RAYA CASTS

Conventional RAYA CASTS are dry mixes of delicately proportioned high quality refractory aggregates of different size and nature chosen from the purest sources.

To ensure the optimum compaction, yielding tightly sintered monolithic structure on firing up, we crush and sieve the required hard aggregates under a well-controlled process by hammer mills, ball mills and technically designed sieves. In this way unwanted fines are reduced to minimum, so we can control precisely different size as well as shape of aggregates and also fine fillers proportions.

Calcium Aluminate Cements of different Alumina content constitute the bond in these castables.
Considering the various kinds of aggregates including Tabular Alumina, rotary kiln calcined Bauxite, Fire clay, Chrome ore, Andalusite, kyanite, fused mullite, zircon and etc, there is a vast variety of products under this heading.
