Shaped monolithics

Different monolithic parts as little as pocket blocks (in continuous casting systems) to huge delta part of electric arch furnace roof are successfully and precisely casted in corresponding moulds prepared according to drawings designed in our engineering office.

Casting is accomplished on vibrating tables or by internal vibrators according to the size of moulds, or rammed by pneumatic hammer. All shaped parts are completely cured, dried and tempered before packing to ensure safe heating up and longevity.

We also afford consultation on the best material selection regarding the intended application.
