Self Flow Castables

This group of deflocculated castabels is characterized by a consistency, which allows them to flow, and degas without adding external energy such as heavy vibration.

Advantages of Self-Flowing Castables:

1. No Vibration is necessary.

2. Lining of complicated geometry is possible.

3. Casting of thin layers (< 20 mm) is possible.

4. Lining of surfaces with high anchor density is easy.

5. Required water quantity is comparable to vibrating low cement castables.

6. Low porosity through excellent deairing and compacting.

7. Homogenous distribution of course and fine grains.

8. Homogenous density of the whole lining.
