 RAYA PLASTS

“RAYA  PLASTS” mixes are ready for use plastic fireclay or high-alumina ceramically setting materials. They are based on refractory additives and clay as carries of the bond. Due to special organic-chemical additives they have very good plasticity. Since a substantial growth in strength dose not occur until increased sintering, these mixes should not be used where there will be abrasion stress at low temperatures.

The “RAYA PLAST” mixes are delivered friable or as slices. The Slices have the advantages that for application no molds are required; otherwise the ramming is done behind stable molds.
