RAYA gUNS

RAYA GUNS are refractory mixes with appropriately graded aggregates and a suitable binding matrix specially designed to yield the best results in gunning installation method with the least rebound. In order to obtain the best possible quality characteristics conjoint to least rebound and highest efficiency, some compound binding system is innovated in these refractories.

These are suitable for multilayer first installation or as the best repair material (Cold or Hot).

Raya Guns have been successfully applied in steel making industries such as direct reduction (DR), wall of electric are furnace, ladles, in pelletizing plants and etc.
