RAYA CASTS

These groups of castables are composed of hard aggregates and a binding matrix which tightly joins aggregates and preserves the integrity of structure. According to the type of binding system, these are categorized as hydraulically bound and chemically bound.

In these castables, binding system is based on hydration of high alumina cement, which in company with fine grade fillers and well proportionately graded aggregates, gives a high compressive strength.

In these castables binding is based on a neutralization process of chemical bonds after addition of some suitable liquid to the mixture.
